Brand new speedometer cable for International Scout II. The 83" inches long option should be enough to run from your Dana 20 transfer case directly to the speedometer. (Double check your length before Ordering). Occasionally there may be an emissions control box or cruise control unit in line with the cable, this cable will bypass any of that.
