CNC machined from solid aluminum. Mounts to sheet metal using the original hole locations. Mounting Holes are in the original locations. It is recommended to drill out the original screw holes in the sheet metal and replace them with #10 machine screws to help support the extra weight of the aluminum relative to the original plastic. The backside is flat so it would also be helpful to use some 5/32 thick washers to take up the space between the grill and the sheet metal mounting holes. Will come with an as machined finish as shown in the pictures. Some customers have polished them for an extra shiny finish. You can also add a pair of matching square headlight trim rings in the drop down menu.
